The following Privacy Policy covers usage of the website www.tableair.com and cloud.tableair.com and TableAir smartphone apps for iOS and Android devices and TableAir Meeting Room, Guest, Kiosk screens (hereinafter called ‘the Website’), TableAir manufactured hardware products (hereinafter called ‘Sensors’), owned by TableAir (hereinafter called as ‘the Company’). We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time, therefore we recommend that you review it periodically. We will inform you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the TableAir website. In case we materially amend the Privacy Policy, we will send you the respective notification by e-mail. Any dispute that might arise in relation to the TableAir will be settled in accordance with the laws of Lithuania by any competent court of Vilnius, Lithuania.

In this document (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) we explain how we process your personal data collected by us on the TableAir Website during your use of the TableAir Website. We invite you to review this Privacy Policy carefully.

We use collected personal data to ensure seamless provision of services and continuous improvement of service quality and functioning of the TableAir Website. We may be unable to provide the services unless we get the requested personal data. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing. Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter refereed to as GDPR) and other legal acts governing personal data protection and this Privacy Policy.

Depending on which products or services you are using a different type of information is collected. For example, if you’re using TableAir Cloud services we collect and securely store details such as Name, Surname, e-mail address, smartphone device ID, desk usage data, NFC and RFID UUID, and other personal settings. All of which can be removed if requested by the user. Once an account for TableAir Cloud is created, depending on setup, the system may ask you to create a password, these are stored in an encrypted format on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers. IT security Policy determines the access to your personal information granted only to top management that overlooks the operations at the company.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, company name, address, email address (home and shipping addresses), and phone number. By performing these actions, you are giving us permission to process your personal data in order to perform sales duties and send you direct marketing emails.

In the event that you have bought something in our online shop or have asked us to send you direct marketing messages, we may send you our news and offers via email. However, you may refuse to get them by clicking the corresponding link in that email.

If you change your mind in at any time, you may always withdraw your consent to process your personal data by contacting us at hello@tableair.com. You may also contact us if you have any questions.

We may disclose your personal information, if the law requires us to do so, or if you violate our Terms & Conditions.

We may hire third parties (such as delivery companies or payment gateways, third-party data centres, servers, auditing, accounting, legal and consulting services, Mobile App usage analysis and statistical services, direct marketing services, e-mail programs, short messages, etc.) to help us perform our duties regarding the operation of our products. The information we disclose to these third parties, shall not be excessive to the purpose the third parties serve These third parties shall process your personal data according to their privacy policies.

Once you leave our website or smartphone application you are redirected to a third-party website or application, this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms & Conditions no longer govern you.

All hardware products (sensors) produced by the company do not track any biometric data. The storage of usage of the sensors as well as externally collected data (ie. Occupancy events, NFC card, BT identification) is stored on Amazon Web Services and is accessible only to the top management of the company in relation to ISO 27001 standard, which practises are in the use within the company.

Sensors utilise an authentication mechanism that sends the data to the servers via encrypted channels.

Users of the system have the right to hide their identity by changing their name and surname into Anonymous User.

We seek to ensure that your personal data is processed in a transparent manner so that you are able to implement your rights as a personal data subject. As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:

  • You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data and to request access to them or copies of your personal data so that you were able to know the purposes of your personal data processing, their storage period, etc.;
  • You have the right to request us to modify or update your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • You have the right to request that all or some of your personal data are not processed temporarily or in general;
  • You have the right to request to terminate your personal data processing if we no longer have any legitimate interest or legal obligation to process them;
  • In certain cases, e.g., when personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data used for direct marketing messaging;
  • You have the right to request to transfer your personal data to another service provider in a structured and machine-readable format.

For the purposes of your personal data processing, we do not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, which may produce legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you. However, when processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes, we may assign you to a certain category of customers, therefore you have the right to require human intervention to express their views or to oppose such assignment.

We will provide information as soon as possible, but no later than within one month from the date of your application. We will provide information free of charge, however, if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular, because of their repetitive character, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs or refuse to act on the request.

You have the right to lodge complaints in relation to our processing activity, however, we will try to resolve any misunderstandings together with you first. If you are still dissatisfied with our response, you will have the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate www.vdai.lrv.lt.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure personal data security, including the protection of data against unauthorised processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage. These measures are selected taking account of the risks that may arise to your data subject’s rights and freedoms.

We strictly control access to personal data processed and provide it only to the employees of the company who need personal data to perform their work and monitor how they use the granted access. Company employees who have access to personal data are acquainted with personal data protection requirements and ensure the confidentiality of personal data processed. They are also required to go through industry-standard training and have appropriate certifications.

We regularly monitor our systems for possible violations or attacks.

We provide access to personal data with passwords of the required level and prepare arrangements for the protection of confidential information with individuals who have access to your personal data.
